Welcome to Treborough Cross Country Course

Treborough Cross Country is Open for Schooling.

Welcome to Treborough Cross Country which is based in West Somerset and is a family run business built to cater for competition, training and for family fun riding.

Treborough Common enjoys spectacular views across Exmoor to South Wales and the Quantock Hills. We are only 40 minutes main road all the way from Taunton and 45 mins from Tiverton.

Combining this with the old springy turf of the common and the all weather take-off and landing areas - an enjoyable experience is guaranteed in the driest of summers and the majority of winter months.

The wide variety of course jumps ranging from 18” up to a height of 3’6” have been built to a high professional standard to test all abilities and cater for beginners through to intermediate riders and horses. Each year we aim to extend the course and we have added new jumps in 2011.

We are very excited to have Chris Morris (member of 2012 Olympic Three Day Event Course Building Team) working on the development and ongoing improvement of our course at Treborough.

The course is designed to provide a Schooling Area with a good range of practice fences including ditches and banks.

For Pony Clubs and Riding Clubs, as well as individuals, Treborough Cross Country can offer a complete service for all your training, eventing, competition and fun-day needs.
